Port City 101 is the best place to start!
At 101, you’ll get to meet some staff and volunteers, learn about groups, various ministries here at the church and in our community, and get to know other people who are looking to connect at Port City as well. Most importantly, Port City 101 is a place where we get to come alongside you in your walk with God. We would love to have you be a part!
*if you have children who are birth through 5th grade, they are welcome to attend one of our Kids Ministries while you attend 101. -

Book Study: The Simplest Way to Change the World
Date: Sundays, 9/7 - 10/19
Time: 9-10:15am in the Living RoomsDeep down, every Christian wants to make a difference with their life, but often feels overwhelmed by trying to fit something else into an already crowded schedule.In this book study, we’ll explore how we can use our everyday, ordinary lives as our primary place of service; and we’ll discuss how the home can be a hub for community, how hospitality leads to joy, and how we can be hospitable regardless of your living space.Please register HERE.Once you register, a copy of the book will be available for pick up at Port City during regular hours. Please pick up the book & bring it with you to the first meeting.

Starting Point - will begin Sunday, September 7th from 10:45am-12:15pm and will meet weekly for 9 weeks. Starting Point is a conversational environment where you can explore faith and experience community. It’s a safe place for you to ask questions and to learn about the Bible and Christianity.

Do you have a rising Kindergartner, 6th grader, 9th grader or 12th grader? Join us this fall for a 3 week class where we will discuss what kids are going through developmentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This is a great place to build community and learn together. Classes will be during the 11am gathering September 7, 14 and 21, 2025. Registration is required.

If you are the parent of an adult child and you’re looking for ways to continue to influence them in a healthy way, Hopeful Parents is for you. We gather together to learn, encourage one another, and build a community that is all seeking to lead our kids well. We’ll meet on the first Sunday of the month starting September 7th in the Gallery from 10:30 - noon. Join us and invite other parents to be there too.

PORT CITY PODCAST
Did you know we have a podcast? This is a place where you can find all of our Sunday teaching content, as well as a place to find additional conversations and resources to help encourage you in your walk with God!
ENCOUNTER THE CITY
Once a month, we host a 4 hour immersive tour of Wilmington with the intent of being students of our city and its needs. From visiting multiple neighborhoods, eating an authentic meal from a non-western restaurant, and meeting with local partners, our 'Encounter the City' tour creates space for encounters that we hope will change the way we see Wilmington and our role in bringing the Gospel to bear in it. It is a short, but truly impactful experience! Register below to see available dates!
FUSE CAMP 2025
Learn why FUSE, our annual Middle & High School Camp, is one of the highlights of our entire year!
PARENT CONNECT
We would love for you to join us for Port City Kids CONNECT on the first Sunday of every month!
CONNECT is a space for parents to connect with other parents in the same season of life. Join us in the grassy area outside Studio 3 anytime between 10 and 11 on the first Sunday of EVERY month!
Coffee is provided for parents as well as games and a yummy treat for the kids! Registration is not required, simply show up and CONNECT!

At Port City, we believe that community is essential!
That’s why we organize groups to help you find a welcoming place to build community around the person of Jesus! Our Connect Groups are designed for you to jump in, find community, and be encouraged in your walk.
WEEKDAY DEVOTIONS
Throughout the year, our staff creates weekday devotions to help encourage you in your personal walk with God. You can have these devotions delivered directly to your inbox!

We want to be a people that are active in serving within our church & throughout our city! Serving is simply offering ourselves to another for their good and the good of the world around us.
